Sapori is a new Italian restaurant. They offer a sophisticated fine dining experience based on southern Italian cuisine. Emphasis is placed on simple, fresh ingredients and Italian cooking methods.The challenge was to create a unique new brand that pays the due respect to traditions and appeals to its fine dining guests. Italian restaurants are often branded with a cliché combination of colors and graphics – Sapori's brand works against these clichés while staying true to its southern Italian heritage and authenticity.In April of 2020, I created the name, logo, website, posters and other graphics for the restaurant.
